Description

Crown boring bits are designated for crushing rocks with hardness coefficient f=6...20 under Protodyakonov scale of hardness at boring wells with downhole hammers at open and underground mining works. Spline-key or bayonet connection of the crown boring bit with the downhole hammer ensures reliable fastening and quick change of tools.

Insert drill bits with pins of various arrangement may be provided with a national or imported hard alloy of increased rigidness for resistant rocks.
