PK-3,9B reciprocating feeder with hopper

Reciprocating feeder PK-3,9B are designed to receive the feed gravel and sand dosing rock and uniform (dosed) feeding of bulk and lump materials into the working machines.

The reciprocating feeder PK-3,9B are a construction consisting of a welded frame on which the receiving part (box), the tray (swinging table) on the rollers and the drive are mounted. Additionally, a hopper can be mounted (with or without grate)

Principle of operation of the reciprocating feeders

The feed material is loaded onto the tray and due to the reciprocating movement of the tray along the rollers it moves evenly in the specified direction. When the swinging feeders are provided with a grate, the feed material is divided into size fractions: an over sized material (larger than the width of the gap between the grates) slides most often directly into the working machine (crusher). The material passed through the grate is evenly fed to the conveyor belt.
