PAV 1-0,5 shaker feeder with close electromagnetic drive
Shaker feeder PAV 1-0,5 with close electromagnetic drive is used for dosage delivery and transportation of piece , granular and dry materials with dust content not more than 20 %. It is not designed for transportation of dust-like and sticky materials.
The most widely-spread places to plant a feeder are under bunkers, funnels and other reloading units. A feeder can function as a bunker bolter as well because it is easy to set it up working under load.
Shaker feeder works at temperature from –40° to +40° with humidity up to 97 %.
Feeder productivity is electronically regulated. The drives of feeders of such type do not have revolving parts and friction surfaces needing regulation and lubrication. That’s why there is no great need in repair works and care.
