GSS-32 double-impact screen
Horizontal double-impact screen GSS-32 have direct rectilinear oscillation trajectories.
The screen with a self-balanced vibration exciter has a horizontally located box, which with the help of shock absorbers is mounted on supports. The role vibration exciter can play two vibroblocks mounted on a box and connected to each other with the help of intermediate shaft by a boltless fastening method or two flange mount built-in vibrators.
The principle of operation of double-impact screens
The principle of double-impact screens is similar to the principle of operation of inclined screens. Two self-balanced vibration excitations mounted on the screen create a directional force acting at an angle of 45° to the screening surface.
The rigid connection of vibration exciters with the screen housing ensures the transmission of rectilinear oscillations of the screening surface, and through it of the rattling material.
