Unbalanced throw screen GIS-54 is a single-mass oscillatory system consisting of an oscillating mass of the box and supporting spring suspensions. Screens consist of the following components: a box, spring suspensions, screening surfaces, vibrator, coupling and electric motor.
The principle of operation of the Inclined unbalanced throw screen
The material to be separated enters the loading hopper of the vibrating screen, then, tossed by the driving force of the vibrations of the vibrator starts to move along the inclined upper screening surface toward the discharge side, screening through the screen cells. The screening material enters the lower screening surface where it makes a similar movement.
The speed of material movement depends on the angle of inclination of the screening surfaces and the mode of their oscillations.
The output of unbalanced throw screen in technological lines must be calculated in each individual case, taking into account the following initial data: the type of the installed screens (wire, rubber or polyurethane); the required points for the separation of material on each layer; type of separation («dry» or with washing); type of feed material requiring separation (crushed or not crushed material); the granulometric composition of the feed material requiring separation.
