KID-300A (КИД-300А) inertial cone crusher
A peculiarity of cone inertial crusher KID-300A (КИД-300А) is application of balance weights in the drive, such balance weights transfer vibration to the moving crushing cone which ensures a high crushing grade. The crushers operate “under gob” and start under load. The value of crushing action is adjusted depending on strength properties of the material being crushed.
Crumpling rocks must be flushed before crushing, and fine fractions must be sieved in order to improve crusher performance as well to cut the wear of reinforcement and power consumed.
Crushing areas of crushers are designed so that the crushers may be used in multi-staged engineering processes. At the same, each crusher type may have independent status depending on requirements laid to the ultimate crushing product. “Soft” vibration isolation requires no reinforced foundations.
