MShR 1500x1600 (SM6003A) ball mill

Ball mill SM6003A with central discharge is designed for grinding of various ore and nonmetallic minerals as well as for grinding of medium hardness construction materials.

The mill is used in building, ore, mining, chemical, and many other industries. It works continuously in different mechanical schemes of an open or closed cycle.

The mill produces homogeneous fine grinding products by means of various diameter grinding bodies. The mill consists of a mill drum, charge and discharge units, carrying rollers, drive, combination or drum feeder.

That is a steel hollow cylinder with rubber or steel lining which prevents it from wear out. Carrying rollers consist of a split-type body (in two planes) and two rollers fixed on spherical bearings. A mill drive consists of an electric motor, gear box, and a casing with pinion, fixed on the common frame. Mill can be completed with a combination or drum feeder. The feeder and charging plug load material and water. The loaded material is crushed by grinding bodies and migrates from the charging chute to the discharging end under continuously incoming material pressure.

The finished material in a pulp form goes through the discharge plug and a trommel and proceeds for its intended purpose. According to Customer’s requirements, this mill can be modified into a ball mill of dry grinding.
