30LS3SMA scraper loading hoist

Scraper hoist 30LS3SMA three-drum with coaxial position of electric engine with the power of 30 kw is designed to deliver loose rock in underground mineral mining Hoists are also used in open mine workings and they are used for mechanization of storing of loose and lump materials. Sometimes hoists are used for transportation of trains and craft clauses. The alternating motion of the scraper is carried out when switching on and off of operating and free-running drum with a handbrake of planetary reduction gear. To switch on the operating drum it is necessary to tighten the right break while the motor works, at the same time the rope reels on the operating drum, and as a result the loaded scraper moves. At the same time the rope unreels from the free-running drum. Scraper moves by means of alternating switching on the break of planetary reduction gears of operating and free-running drums in the right direction. The hoist has a manual control. Electrical equipment of hoists, that is for mines which are dangerous in gas and dust, is made in nonexplosive version. Scraper hoists are not completed with rope and scraper.
