Designation:
to drill, to load deep holes and to dismantle mono-rail upwards from the up-hole during stope of steep lode deposits or during preparation of the cutoff stope, during development of massive
ore deposits in stable rocks in mines, not hazardous in terms of gas and dust, under conditions У5 according to GOST 15150 with ambient air temperature
+1 to +25°С.

In the up-hole the drilling platform moves along the unified mono-rale mounted by the customer at its driving by the complex KPV-4A (KPN-4A) (КПВ-4А (КПН-4А)). Supply of pressurised air, water, communication, lighting and security alarm to the platform is carried out using the mains filter, power pack, hose winch and communication systems, lighting and alarm system of complex KPV-4A (КПВ-4А) as installed by the customer on the top horizon in the installation chamber.

Electric equipment of the platform is of normal mining performance according to GOST 24754, insulation level 2 according GOST 24719 and ingress protection level JP54 according to GOST 14254. The drilling platform is manufactured according to technical specifications TU 3142-048-212386-2009.

The following main components configure the drilling platform:

carrier;
frame;

auto-feeder with pneumatic rock boring machine;

cabin;
cabin bottom;

equipment of communication, lighting and alarm signalling;

Additionally the following items are supplied with the drilling platform:

chain hoist, hand hoist with carrying capacity of 1000 kg;
three sets of individual vehicles to move along the mono-rail;
two stoppers to install on the mono-rail;
inserts for the auto-feeder, length - 400 mm (2 pieces) and 800 mm (1 piece);
extension rod for steadyrest;
retarder for the mono-rail (upper);
mixer for the mono-rail (lower);
distribution head for the mono-rail (lower);
special wrench for the carrier;
special wrench for the auto-feeder;
hose to test the stopper;
box for accessories.
