Automatic ReSoLine equipment for smelter slag processing

We have supplied and put into operation the automatic ReSoLine equipment intended for smelter slag processing for Vtorresurs-Pererabotka, part of Mining, Iron and Steel Siberian Group. Mining Machines engineers completed all installation and commissioning operations within just a week.

The concept of recycling is not novel but each year it is becoming more and more wide-spread. Slag dumps grow in size, take up space, spend enterprise budgets for storage, and have an adverse effect on the environment. Smelter slag needs processing. The reuse is an efficient way of its disposal. In this case, the costs associated with the recycling technology implementation will worth it.

ReSoLine presents integrated solutions for industrial waste processing using magnetic roughers, iron separators, and vibration equipment. These lines allow separation of metal inclusions from slag to produce merchantable non-ferrous and ferrous scrap. The remaining bare slag will become feed for the production of road building materials. For example, slag crushed stone is more suitable for road building than natural stone.
