Complex approach: floatation at Juliette mine

Mining Machines, JSC has implemented a project called Technical Reequipment of the Floatation Compartment and Leaching Tanks for our customer Joint Venture Omsukchan Mining and Geological Company, CJSC (Juliette mine). Within this project, we performed complex supply of equipment and auxiliary materials, and carried out technological process automation and design. The project has already undergone expert appraisal of industrial safety, and has been entered into the Rostekhnadzor register. The development of design solutions has allowed to reduce the duration of installation works, to prepare the site for installation in a high-quality manner, as well as to purchase all required materials and components.

Mining Machines, JSC always adheres to the principle of supplying the most advanced components, but as a result of the immense sanctions pressure some companies (Siemens, ABB, Watson Marlow, etc.) refused to supply some components, even under already concluded and existing contracts. In the shortest possible time, our specialists, together with the Omsukchan Mining and Geological Company, agreed on the supply of domestically-produced components which not only compare favourably in quality, but also outperform their western analogs in some parameters. Joint decisions made it possible to supply all the components without exceeding previously agreed terms of the contract.

Floatation machines and leaching tanks are manufactured by Usolmash, LLC based on the engineering project of Mining Machines, JSC.
