Crushing and screening plant for Severo-Kurilsky District Administration

Mining Machines has completed a state order for the Administration of Severo-Kurilsky District. 
As part of a municipal road construction contract, our client had to provide the contractor with all necessary equipment. 
To resolve the issue, our technical experts teamed up with the manufacturer’s designers and drafted a crushing and screening plant (CSP) that met the requirements of the customer’s technical assignment. 

This crushing and screening plant was composed of:
— Loading and crushing unit (UZD-6×9SHCHV)
— Crushing unit (UD-1200K)
— Screening unit (US-53S) with washing
— Non-submersible classifying screen (1KSN-7.5×55)
— Conveyor (KL 0.8/20)
— Conveyor (KL 0.65/20)
— Four conveyors (KL 0.65/15)
— Control cab

The general purpose of the plant is to crush and screen materials of different hardness and strength in a continuous or periodic mode with washing. The most important thing for our client about the CSP is that it should result in the durability of Severo-Kurilsky District roads. And from now on, these roads will be filled with high-quality impurities-free crushed stone.
