Cyclone separators: effective refinement equipment

Some time ago, our Company shipped a batch of cyclone separators GTs-360, equipment for separation of the materials of different density or grain size in a liquid medium. Cyclone separators are used for primary filtering of contaminated waters, for slurry thickening, as well as for the refinement of minerals in water medium and drilling mud cleaning.

Cyclone separators can be used as a separate unit or integrated in batteries to increase their capacity. In the refinement lines, such cyclone separator batteries save a lot of space: even several connected units take up less room than the regular separators, screens and thickening basins.

Our companies offers cyclone separators GTs-100, GTs-150, GRs-250, GTs-300, GTs-360, GTs-400, GTs-500, GTs-650, GTs-710, SVP-500 and SVP-710. This equipment is available with a polyurethane shell or in a metal shell with a polyurethane lining. The tips and bottom cones may be produced of rubber, polyurethane, or silicon carbide composites.
