Diagnostics, repair and supply of spare parts for drill rigs

Our service department has made two site visits to the enterprise in Kazakhstan — the customer ordered reinstatement of the drill rig control system. 

The first visit included the technical inspection of the drill rig's electrical equipment and control system performance, as well as detection of faults and making a spare parts list. The service team had a difficult task — it became obvious during the first visit that all controllers failed, all lines had to be dismantled and re-installed, start-up and commissioning were required, as well as ordering of parts for repair. 

All of this had to be done in the course of the second site visit. The Mining Machines JSC service engineer restored the functionality of the control system and also performed a number of checks to ensure that the situation would not happen again: all units, mechanisms and hydraulic system were tested with and without loads.
