Drilling Rigs SBSH-250MNA-32 Assembly Process. Photo-Report

The company JSC Mining Machines and the designers of LLC UC Rudgormash in cooperation with the technical experts of the customer have developed a technical specification for the rig SBSH-250MNA-32 having changed the parameters of the standard machine, which has considerably increased the operability. The collaborative work has resulted in the signing of an agreement for the supply of two drilling rigs SBSH-250MNA-32 to the open casts of Kemerovo Region.

The rig is intended to drill the vertical and slant blast holes with the diameter of 250-270 mm and the depth of up to 32 m in the rock with the hardness starting from f=6-20 units according to the grading scale of professor Protodyakonov.

The drilling rig exploitation is possible in the following environment conditions: air temperature: -40...+35°C; high humidity; heavy snowfalls; steady rains; wind speed up to 25 m/s; high concentrations of finely-dispersed dust.

Two modernized drilling rigs SBSH-250MNA-32 were simultaneously delivered by four flatcars each to the territory of the customer, where they were already expected by JSC Mining Machines service department employees ready to start the assembly.

Specific features of the crawler of the roller drilling rig SBSH-250MNA-32:

1. Installed DC motors KR251BP2, 50 kW;
2. Reinforced metallic structure of the roller frame made of alloy-treated steel 10HSND or 09G2S with the hydraulic belt tension;
3. Shorter axle base of the front balancer and idler, which excludes the fracture of the track links;
4. Installed brake TKG-300 with the electro-hydraulic pusher bar;
5. Installed reinforced with heat treatment travelling wheels and track links;
6. The track tension is provided by double –acting hydraulic cylinder with the planes fixing the belt tension;
7. Installed drive reducer with the shut-down device for towing;
8. Reinforced slip joint of the travel reducer with the drive wheel;
9. Drive remote-position control.

1. Reinforced frame of the chamber, bottom of the sheet of 20 mm, reinforced structure of the top flange in the place of attachment of the bearing of the tower and side plates in the place of the attachment of jacks;
2. Overhead layout of wiring in NRSHM cable;
3. Three leveling jacks with the rod travel of 1,000 mm;
4. Hydraulic cylinder pistons of the jacks and tower slanting are with the bronze surfacing;
5. Reinforced structure of jacks attachment;
6. Compressor unit VV-32/7.

5. Reinforced shaft with the metal-ceramic coating in places of compression;
6. Spherical self-adjusting thrust bearing in the support assembly;
7. Collars of the support assembly made of polyurethane Vibratan 800.
