Crushing plates are high-wear parts and are used to abrade the material in a crusher. All plates are made of Garfield steel (110G13L), which is high manganese alloy steel. This steel has a special property of building up hardness from impact.

You can also buy a set of spacer plates for SMD 118 crusher to form a full set: 3450.00.006 front spacer plate and 3450.00.00.007 rear spacer plate.

The spacer plate serves as a safety guard protecting the crusher from the impact of crushing plates, and is involved in adjusting the fraction of the crushed material by changing the width of the crusher opening. Plates are made of SCh 20 material. It has no plastic deformation and can withhold the full force of the crushing plates.
