Early shipment of spare parts for self-propelled mine cars

JSC "Mining machines" a month earlier shipped a batch of spare parts for self-propelled mine cars 10VS-15 in Neryungri, Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). This equipment is used as a transport to potash mines and coal mines. Through the efforts of engineers-technologists of LLC UK "Rudgormash" the design of cars has changed significantly over time in accordance with the growing requirements and wishes of operating services at mining enterprises.

Features of the mine self-propelled car 10VS-15 produced by UK Rudgormash:

• the Car is available in two versions for the voltage: U=660V and U=1140V;

• Drive speed is equipped with two three-speed motors (possibly frequency regulation), all-wheel drive and managed;

• Suspension front wheel is balanced , rear — hard.

• Steering  control — with power steering on the basis of hydraulic steering valve

• the Car is equipped with a working, parking and emergency brake systems. Working brakes — block in the wheel, Parking — on the drives, working brakes which are involved from the pneumatic accumulator play as an emergency brake.

• According to the request of the customer, a multi-disc parking brake is installed in the oil bath;

• the Car is disassembled into components. The design of the car is universal and meets the requirements of operation in both potash mines and coal mines;

• electrical Equipment is made in explosion-proof design;

• The car has a cable drum for automatic winding and unwinding of the supply cable;

• The tires on the wheels are enhanced strength, 32-lyed, with a lifting capacity 10t;

• Provided by the soft starter.

The design of the cars fully complies with the latest standards, which are regulated by the technical Supervisory authorities in accordance with GOST 55163.

It is possible to connect additional equipment:

• to control the approach of personnel and equipment at a dangerous distance;

• for weighing ore in the car;

• CCTV camera.
