MBS 90х150 separator for Kola MMC

30 October Mining Machines shipped mineral processing equipment to another client. This time wet magnetic separator MBS 90×150 was sent to Murmansk territory to Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company. 

MBS separator is a self-dumping drum separator with permanent magnets used for continuous automatic removal of strongly-magnetic inclusions from pulp flows and slurry and process solutions.
The equipment features the following distinctive functions: permanent magnets system with the induction of 0.08 to 0.4 T; capture of magnetic inclusions from 0.005 mm to 10 mm; and lining of operating surfaces. 

Kola MMC is a mining and smelting plant processing sulfide copper-nickel ores and producing non-ferrous metals. Such plant needs effective removal of waste metal. And MBS Separator is a perfect choice to cope with this task. The unit will be installed at the nickel concentrate loading circuit and will function as metal scrap removal.
