Mining Machines' new patent for gondola cars airblast snow cleaning unit!

Mining Machines company has patented its own snow cleaning device designed for blowing snow off gondola cars before bulk cargo loading. The unit will be definitely useful for coal mining companies loading the types of railway cars that have to be cleaned from snow.

Our unit requires no special structures, foundations, or connections to any communication systems. The snow is blown off the gondola cars as the train set is moving; it does not require opening the bottom hatches, which makes the cleaning process faster compared to other well-known solutions that can only be applied to static cars.

The unit model consists of a main frame with an air duct and an exhaust fan driven by an electric engine attached to it; in its turn, the air duct is equipped with an inverted-U-shaped pipe sleeve.
