Springs usually carry high loads and are subject to severe fatigue failure. High-quality materials are used to manufacture springs for screens and crushers that guarantee high cyclic resistance. Such materials are subject to additional quality control for any inhomogeneities or micro-cracks. The springs are made of 60S2A grade steel.

A set of armors for KSD 1750 crushers is also available at Yekaterinburg warehouse:

3. 1280.05.206 armor, 4. 1280.07.309 fixed armor.

Armors are high-wear parts and are used to abrade the material in the crusher. Armors are made of Garfield steel (110G13L), which is high manganese alloy steel. This steel has a special property of building up hardness from impact.
