New mobile mixing unit for Kazphosphate

We have supplied an all-purpose mobile mixing unit MMU TTT-20 for Kazphosphate, our regular customer from Kazakhstan.

The project turned out to be complex and exciting. Mining Machines have made up an effective team together with the customer and AZOTTECH manufacturing plant. In-depth development of each technological need of the customer led to the desired results: both the technical characteristics and the individual design of the MMU are impressive.

A few facts about MMU TTT-20:

• The mobile mixing unit is assembled on an IVECO truck chassis
• The all-purpose multi-tank is designed for both bulk and fluid explosives
• The MMU capacity allows for producing up to 20 tonnes per batch of any type of explosives
• The user-friendly interface of the MMU control system ensures flexibility of the process control
• The option of emergency operation allows continuing the holes loading even in the case of a sensor fault
