One more training session — «Motivation and leverage» was successfully completed

From 14th till 15th of March the Krasnoyars office of «Mining machines» JSC accepted visitors: employees of subdivisions from Moscow, Yekaterinburg and — already our favorite coach — Ilona Seryogina. On behalf of the team «Teamlab 5F» Ilona has conducted two days training session on the topic «Motivation and leverage». The program consisted of pleasant surprises of training based on real experience of participants. Exercises were teaching to achieve aims by means of efficient interaction with different people, amicable settlement of conflict situations and performance of positive leverage.

Who would not wish to get on the right side of somebody, taking into account that everyone possess his or her individual peculiarities? And now we know about this art of communication a little more. «Mining machines» JSC would like to thank Ilona one more time for allocation of her time for us, filling it with useful knowledge and skills!
