Participation in the exhibition "Mining World Russia-2019"

We remind you that our company will take part in the 23rd International exhibition of machinery and equipment for mining, processing and transportation of minerals "Mining World Russia-2019", which will be held from 23 to 25 April 2019 in Krasnogorsk, Moscow region.

Earlier we have already talked about what will be presented at our stand №C813, which, by the way, will be located in pavilion № 1 (hall № 3) of the exhibition center "Crocus Expo". Today we would like to introduce you one another development for the mining industry, which will provide high-precision navigation of drilling rigs, monitoring of drilling processes, accounting of drilling tools, analysis of downtime and operation of equipment, control of drilling depth, as well as automation of the drilling process and remote control of drilling equipment.

As part of the partnership with the company "RiT Automation" we will present a solution for automation and robotization of drilling and blasting complex DrillManager at the exhibition. The representative of "RiT Automation" will demonstrate the principle of operation of the complex, consisting of an on-Board computer "MCore R2", monitor "MView M800", a protected smartphone with a charging station, as well as a device for determining the particle size distribution "PortaMetrics", which allows to assess the quality of the rock mass after drilling and blasting.

RIT Automation will also present the following solutions for mining automation: 

1. High-precision automation systems for:

— control systems of mixing and charging machines Blastmanager;

— Shovelmanager for excavators and loaders;

— DozerManager for bulldozers and graders.

2. Management system for mining equipment - PitManager; 

3. Mobile personnel management systems - Staffmanager.
