Screens for Kuzbass. Peculiarities of the built-in vibrator
On May 14th three off-gauge screens GIST-63R, GIST-73R and GST-72 with sets of sieving surfaces were sent at two low-bed trucks from Voronezh to Kemerovo region. Equipment is expected for introduction into the process of coal screening.
The “Rudgormash” plant provide these heavy screens with structural peculiarity by means of building-in of vibrator into the intra-board pipes. Thanks to the implementation of such solution:
- Intermediate pipes of the vibrator have increased the rigidity of the box, that has allowed to increase the loading capacity for screen feeding;
- At the expense of this pipe the volume of oil carter was increased, that has improved heat removal and prolonged the term of oil contamination;
- Number of bearings was reduced twice, that has simplified repair and maintenance of the equipment: average duration of bearing replacement takes only 40 minutes;
- There are almost none of rubber components in the set of equipment;
- In case of necessity it is possible to apply forced circulation lubrication.
In addition to the uncommonness of construction of vibrators screens from the Managing company “Rudgormash” LLC are characterized by connection of tie beams of the screen with boards by means of flexible elastic connections, that “dampens” dynamic loads, added by sieves to boards.
