Team session of the administrative staff of “Mining machines” JSC with Ilona Seryogina

For the staff of “Mining machines” JSC meetings with Ilona Seryogina – CEO of Teamlab 5F and already our teacher – became a good tradition. It worth mentioning that the first acquaintance took place on December 20th, 2017, and now, exactly one year later, there was the team session of administrative staff of “Mining machines” JSC held aimed to the development of the management team focused on mutual support, expediently specialized and rallied for the realization of the global purposes of the company.

For the participation in this session managers of subdivisions of all branches and organizations of “Mining machines” group of companies arrived to the Krasnoyarsk office. Colleagues from Krasnoyarsk, Moscow, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk and Astana worked hard for seven hours, learning the correct formation of the management team on the example of Patrick Lensioni's business novel “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” (recommended for reading). Training confirmed for us one more time the emergency of trust, constructive conflicts, own responsibility, insistence to colleagues and superiority of the common goal of the company over personal aims. The joint statement of the global purpose of “Mining machines” JSC for 2019 became the result of this session.
