The frame platform drilling rig SBSh-250MNA-32KP was renewed

The “Rudgormash” follows the demand of the customer and improves its productsб increasing the productivity, reliability and quality of the manufacturing process. For today the modernization covered the frame platform drilling rig SBSh-250MNA-32KP.

Heavy class rigs possess the enforced structure of the basic frame and therefore are notable for the increased reliability at operation in difficult mining and geological conditions. Heavy climatic conditions are also not a problem for SBSh-250MNA-32KP: the manufacturer has announced the possibility to use the rig at open-pit mining works at the temperature of ambient air from +40°С to -40°С.

And now let us tell you about structural features with frame platform type of structure, manufactured from the plant last month:

• There is a drum with the system of automatic coiling of cable installed in the rear part. The drum is equipped with individual drive and parking brake. In case of rig movement stoppage the sensor will be triggered and the drum will block the coiling of cable;
• There is a mechanism for mast fixing in transportation position installed at the rear wall of machine section;
• There are enforced bolsters for supporting rollers installed in the drive section;
• Lifting jacks for leveling of the rig are moved out from under the drive section and located at sides of the structure. Thanks to this engineering solution the drive section is removed from under the machine for carrying out of repair;
• At the expense of back supports there is reactive thrust for removal of plays in drive carriages, that prolongs the service life of drilling rig drive section;
• The rig is equipped with hydraulic winch with rolling bearings for lifting of rolling bits aboard the rig;
• There is riveted cabin installed at the machine with panoramic window looking at the drilling assembly. For the comfort of the operator the cabin is equipped with system of forced air conditioning, ergonomic seat and monitor for tracking of basic parameters of rig operation.
