The GIT-41АH screen was shipped to Armenia

Company JSC «Mining machines» delivered the GIT-41АH heavy type screen to one of the largest copper-molybdenum industrial complexes of the Republic of Armenia. The shipped screen was produced by LLC UK Rudgormash according to the individual specification of the customer.

For installation of the metal sieve to the screen its sidewalls were equipped with corners under the wedge-beam. The sieve is put to these corners and fix the wooden block in the shape of a wedge. As a result the screening surface will be securely fixed and rigidly stretched along the screen. A sagging of the sieves will be excluded by three longitudinal supports, which are equipped GIT-41АH’s deck.

Beams and sides of the box are lined with wear-resistant rubber coating to protect the structure from deformation and destruction.
The screen will become the part of the mineral processing plant of the enterprise engaged in processing, enrichment and extraction of copper-molybdenum ore.
Screens of the Rudgormash company differ from others by their operational reliability and durability. The actual life of the screens exceeds the established 10 years twice or more!
