The shipment of two drilling rigs SBSH-250MNA-32

In the first week of February JSC «Mining machines» shipped from LLC UK «Rudgormash» two drilling rigs SBSH-250MNA-32 with factory numbers № 1624 and № 1625. One of the machines was sent to Achinsk city in Krasnoyarsk region and the second to Belogorsk city, Kemerovo region. Another machine is expected to be shipped soon.

On the 8 of February service engineers from the service company «Mining machines» went to Achinsk for installation of spare parts and components of the equipment of the drilling rig, which has already arrived at the quarry. Then the same works will be made in Belogorsk.

Shipped machines have a number of features:
1. There were installed compressors from JSC «Remez» (Republic of Belarus), which are characterized by:
• high reliability and potential;
• high performance with economical power consumption;
• high resistance to overloads.
2. The machines are equipped with the automatic lubrication system — Russian analogue of the company «Lincoln»;
3. Diesel power plants were shipped for each quarry. They will ensure the freedom of movement of the machine on the ground; 
4. The flexible modular system of automation of open-pit mining «MineManager» together with a subsystem of management of querry transport DrillManager (ACS KT) was designed especially for the mine in Achinsk. In addition to this three more SBSH-250MNA-32 from the Park of drilling equipment of the client will be equipped with the same control system.
