Maintenance servicing of boring rigs SBSh-250 MNA-32

1. Supervision works, commissioning works;
2. Diagnostics and repair of electrical equipment, electrical wiring;
3. Measurement of parameters at thyristor converters TPE-200-460-U2.1, repair and adjustment;
4. Repair and replacement of electronic blocks at converter TPE-200-460-U2.1;
5. Parametrization and adjustment of frequency converters made by ABB, Schneider Electric;
6. Adjustment of rotation frequency at electric drives of boring head, oil station, compressor unit, stroke.

Maintenance servicing of EKG-5 excavators

1. Qualified technical assistance in assembling (supervision), control of compliance with assembly manuals;
2. Carrying out of commissioning works, mode adjustment at some units and systems, preparation of equipment for startup;
3. Monitoring, operative elimination of appearing failures, emergencies and malfunctions;
4. Consulting of the Customer personnel regarding matters of structure, rules and standards of technical maintenance, adjustment and servicing of equipment.

Crushers, screens, separators, feeders

1. Diagnostics of partsб units and mechanisms of equipment by qualified specialists with subsequent development of fault report and drawing up of recommendations for guaranteeing of future workability and operation;
2. Restoration of workability (repair) of equipment with replacement of worn parts, units and mechanisms with provision of guarantee obligations for previously replaced accessories;
3. Commissioning works after the carrying out of equipment repair;
4. Timely delivery of original spare parts;
5. Consulting regarding failures and ways for their elimination via phone and e-mail.
