Task

Over the past few years, along with the positive dynamics of gold price growth, the gold miners of our country have also become more active — both active and potential. New people are coming to the gold mining industry, whose interest is to enter and gain a foothold in this business. All this can stimulate, in particular, both the development of the industry and the development of the economy as a whole. However, the main problem for a small gold mining business is the availability of a resource base.

Our company achieves results due to the use of its own development— a washing and sorting complex (PSK) based on an inertial screen with the use of jigging technology.

Solution

The group of companies of JSC"Mining Machines" includes the engineering company JSC"Gold Mine Technology", specializing in the implementation of projects, supply and installation of landfill complexes for mining gold-bearing placers and man-made dumps, and nbsp;dressing areas (SHOW).

After the procedures for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals in August 2019, our company started gold mining at the Gold Mine Technology JSC deposit.

For the publication of all qualitative and quantitative indicators of production, certain statistics and a time period of uninterrupted operation are required. However, it is possible to state with confidence that the chosen technique and equipment have high efficiency. The first kilograms of a gold-containing concentrate consisting of a finely dispersed metal, sometimes barely visible to the human eye, were obtained.

The first thing to note is the high proportion of extraction of fine gold— 85% with a fineness of less than 0.5 mm. In the main shot of the gateway, without taking into account the additional extraction by jigging machines of the MOD type. fine gold is captured up to 0.01mm in size. Thus, we can talk about the efficiency of the washing complex for the extraction of hard-to-enrich gold to abnormally small sizes.
