DAR-14M (ДАР-14М) pneumatic motor
Pneumatic motor DAR-14M (ДАР-14М) is axial piston, with repeat profile disk, reverse, non-adjustable, with double-ended pistons; it is designated for driving mining loading and load-transporting machines, drilling rigs, sinking cars, winches and other units and mechanisms.
The pneumatic motor consists of two complete half-units, a rotor with the profile disk, five pistons, two covers and boxes for air intake and exhaust. Pneumomotor elements are fabricated of high-strength aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron.
Compressed air is supplied to process chambers via a channel system and moves pistons thus providing for motor operation.
The pneumatic motor is installed on drivers using flanges, by diameter 240h8, torque is transmitted using internal splines dimensions are D-6-26Н11x32H8x6D9 ГОСТ 1139–80, supply of compressed air to start box with openings with thread G11/4-В.
DAR-type pneumatic motors have no analogues and compared to widely applied radial-piston motors their dimensions and weight are less (1.5-2 times).
