DAR-30M (ДАР-30М) pneumatic motor
Pneumatic motor DAR-30M (ДАР-30М) is axial piston, with repeat profile disk, reverse, non-adjustable, with double-ended pistons; it is designated for driving mining machines and mechanisms.
The pneumatic motor consists of two complete half-units, a rotor with the profile disk, four pistons and two covers. Pneumomotor elements are fabricated of high-strength aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron.
Compressed air is supplied to process chambers via a channel system and moves pistons thus providing for motor operation.
The pneumatic motor is installed on drivers using flanges, diameter 240f9, torque is transmitted using involute spline dimensions are 40хg6x2,5 ГОСТ 6033–80, supply of compressed air to openings with thread G2-B.
DAR-type pneumatic motors have no analogues and compared to widely applied radial-piston motors their dimensions and weight are less (1.5-2 times).
