DAR-5B (ДАР-5Б) pneumatic motor
Pneumatic motor DAR-5B (ДАР-5Б) is axial piston, repeat with profile disk, reverse, non-adjustable, with double-ended pistons; it is designated for driving mining machines and mechanisms.
The pneumatic motor consists of two complete half-units, a rotor with the profile disk, four pistons and two covers. Pneumomotor elements are fabricated of high-strength aluminium alloy, steel and cast iron.
Compressed air is supplied to process chambers via a channel system and moves pistons thus providing for motor operation.
The pneumatic motor is installed on drivers using flanges, diameter 125f9, torque is transmitted using spinning shaft, spline dimensions are D-6×21×25е8×5d11 ГОСТ 1139–80, supply of compressed air to openings with thread G1-B.
DAR-type pneumatic motors have no analogues and compared to widely applied radial-piston motors their dimensions and weight are less (1.5-2 times).
