Description
Swivel damper is designated to prevent rotary drill-line from swivelling when screwing and unscrewing threads as well to elevate above the column the unscrewed drill-pipe stand between the elevator and the travelling block or the rotary-drill line.
The recommended area of swivel damper application is vertical and inclined wells with the depth of up to 900 metres.
