Foreign Trade Manager

Mining Machines Company in connection with the increase in the volume of import purchases requires a foreign trade manager to search for and conclude contracts with manufacturers of mining equipment from the PRC.

Please note— there is a combination with the functionality of an office manager (not more than 10% of the working time).

Responsibilities:
• Search for suppliers of components and equipment from China (dump trucks, pumps, components for machine tools, etc.).
• Conducting negotiations in Chinese or English.
• Conclusion of contracts with suppliers, determination of commercial conditions, control of their execution.
• Organization and control of document flow with suppliers.
• Business trips to manufacturing plants.
• Office manager functionality: sending documents by courier services; ordering stationery, water, household chemicals, etc.; meeting visitors in the office.

Requirements:
• Higher education.
• Experience in concluding international contracts for the supply of products, agreeing on favorable terms of cooperation;
• Preferably, experience with procurement of technically complex nomenclature.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
• Attentiveness, consistency in work, energy, focus on results.

Conditions:
• Official employment, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
• Work schedule — from 8 to 17.00, 5/2.
• Modern, comfortable office in the center of Moscow.
• The trial period is 3 months. Salary for the probationary period — 100 thousand rubles. on hands. After  — 130 thousand rubles. on hands.
